We ask you to support our efforts to advocate for the victims of gun violence and to provide the necessary assistance to those family members left behind. The trauma of emotion that takes hold, the spiritual drain that comes with knowing their loved one no longer be with them, financial costs of funerals and burial, potentially lost income, and then – what’s next?
Our organization acts to bridge the gap for those who struggle to find the answers to those questions. Our hard-working professionals work diligently to answer the call, whenever the situation arises. But we can’t do it alone. We need your support.
What we are asking for is insignificant compared to the suffering that exists in our community and nationwide. Your contribution would go toward continuing our effort to support programs associated with our youth and young adults, increased community participation and empowerment concerning safety, compensation for our professionals who provide valuable guidance and grief support to victims’ families, and the ability to obtain the necessary resources needed to meet the demands of those we serve.
