Mentorship

What sets our mentorship program apart from others is not only the fact that we speak about gun violence and gangs, but we also equip youth with tools they can utilize in crisis management and/or in case of an encounter with gangs and gun violence.

• We believe mentorship begins with mutual connections between the mentor and mentee.
• Our goals are always to assist youth with establishing realistic and achievable goals.

Anticipated outcomes are measured by mentees providing regular updates while incorporating evidence-based practices.
