 ces for your physical and mental health including being physically active\
 , getting enough sleep\, and eating healthy which can reduce feelings of s
 tress\, improve your mood and decrease anxiety.  We will learn more abou
 t the benefits\, importance\, and next steps to take in making healthy cho
 ices in physical activity\, good nutrition\, and making positive social co
 nnections.\n\nGun Violence and Grief Support - Gun violence often leads to
  the death of beloved family members and friends\, co-workers\, and neighb
 ors. When someone you care about dies suddenly due to a shooting\, survivo
 rs are left with the pain and sorrow of grief.  We understand this kind o
 f grief and will discuss the different ways to identify the signs and symp
 toms.\n\nIdentifying and Accessing Resources - The epidemic of gun violenc
 e in Hampton Roads has left thousands dead and countless others suffering 
 trauma in the aftermath of shootings. Discussions will focus on the availa
 bility of assistance for victims and survivors of gun violence and how the
 y are accessed.\nCreating Generational Wealth – Marvin S. Finley\, Execu
 tive Director of the African American Heir Association will teach you how 
 to create a legacy and generational wealth that your children's children w
 ill thank you for decades and even centuries from now.  Utilizing their 3
 -Phase process\, AAHA’s purpose is to educate landowners and empower the
 m to create generational wealth.\nMindfulness - Adjeley Louis-Charles\, Fo
 under of CIJ Insight for Life shares how her program components have drama
 tically improved the state test scores at Staten Island and Spring Valley\
 , NY school districts.  CIJ’s powerful approach saw “children’s sel
 f-esteem improved\, their grades improved\, and their ability to make inde
 pendent decisions and take responsibility for their own actions improved g
 reatly. The students gained confidence in their beliefs that they were in 
 charge of the academic and social outcomes in their lives. Thus\, improved
  behavior that may have been once challenging and greater motivation was w
 itnessed in the classroom. Resilience to stress and perseverance in advers
